Beginners Training Camps – Girls & Guys

Chennai Parkour is conducting two Training Sessions for beginners. One exclusively for girls, and one open session. Details below.

Venue: Thiru Vi. Ka. Park, Shenoy Nagar
Date: 3rd October, 2009
Time:
Girls Only: 6AM-8AM
Guys Session: 5:30PM-7:30PM
Registration: Rs. 100/- (all collections go towards improving the sport)

What should I bring?

  1. Good Running Shoes / Trainers
  2. Comfortable, un-restricting clothing
  3. Lots of water (1 litre minimum)
  4. A healthy snack to munch on afterwards in case you get hungry (a banana is good)
  5. Transportation to get there
  6. Remember, if you are a minor, you need your parent’s written consent to attend the session. It’s best that we speak to them before the camp. We also encourage parents to accompany minors.
