I agree with the training in the weekend at parkour&freerunning and with.
A saying that helped me in my training is ” Hesitation is fear”.

I loved this article, Tim’s a great roll model and I liked learning little things about how he does what he does. I’ve been tracing for just over a year, and Freerunning for a little over 5 months, I’ve picked up quite a few tricks and feel like I just keep excelling at the magnitude of things I can do now ranging from Parkour technique to free climbing. All of these proffesionals are what keep me going, my goal is to be like them, a good role model for future traceurs and traceuse. Keep up the work Tim, and great article to guys.
